With specialised consultants and professional staff, our clients are located all over the UK. Our aim is to provide comprehensive, Fixed Fee accounts and taxation services to small and medium sized businesses; this includes family owned companies, contractors, partnerships and sole traders.

Key Accountancy and Taxation Personnel

Please find detailed below a list of key individuals that will be dealing with your affairs, split into the main areas of their expertise:

• Ray Davis ACA CTA, the Senior Director, He is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Taxation.

• Marco Lombardo BA ACA and Samantha Cole, jointly head up the Marketing Department and deal with the introduction of new clients into the practice.

• Sheena Davis ACCA is a Qualified Certified Accountant. She is the Senior Accounts Manager and deals with and oversees all of your day to day accounts compliance work and queries that clients may have. This includes the compiling of the year end accounts, corporation tax returns and general accounts and taxation advice. She has a team of accounts staff that work under her supervision.

• Jamie Roach ACCA is also a Qualified Certified Accountant dealing with all accounts and corporation tax matters alongside Sheena Davis. He also plays a valuable role in reviewing work completed by the junior members of staff.

• Brenda Davis is in charge of the clients’ administration and personal tax compliance. This includes Self Assessment and dealing with Companies House and HMRC matters.

• Claire Mannell is responsible for looking after clients’ payroll and year end PAYE compliance and associated HMRC forms.
